Returns Policy

👉 We sincerely hope that you are completely satisfied with the item you purchased but in case if you are not satisfied.

👉You may return the item to us within 30 days for either a full refund (less P&P costs, for items with free P&P the cost of sending the item will be deducted from the refund) or exchange.

👉 Please note that the item will need to be in its original condition, unworn and the packaging must not be damaged.

👉 All items returned will be thoroughly inspected and must be shown to be in a resalable condition before a decision on a refund or exchange is concluded.

👉 If your item is genuinely damaged or unfit then please contact us to arrange a replacement item.

👉 We will request proof of the damaged item and this may involve returning it to us.

👉 This is to reduce the minority who aim to abuse the system. Each case will be investigated and resolved in the quickest possible time frame.
