Returns Policy

    We sincerely hope that you are completely satisfied with the item you purchased but in case if you are not satisfied. You may return the item to us within 30 days for either a full refund (less P&P costs, for items with free P&P the cost of sending the item will be deducted from the refund) or exchange.

    Please note that the item will need to be in its original condition, unworn and the packaging must not be damaged.

    All items returned will be thoroughly inspected and must be shown to be in a resalable condition before a decision on a refund or exchange is concluded.

    If your item is genuinely damaged or unfit then please contact us to arrange a replacement item.

    We will request proof of the damaged item and this may involve returning it to us.

    This is to reduce the minority who aim to abuse the system. Each case will be investigated and resolved in the quickest possible time frame.
